滨州学院:党建引领打造尚学工作理念 加快构建内涵式发展新格局

滨州学院化工与安全学院始终坚持把“为党育人、为国育才”当作治学办学的核心任务,用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想铸魂育人,强化党建引领,厚植“尚学”理念,引导学生崇尚学习,崇尚学问,崇尚学识,用“尚学”理念践行马克思主义学风,把“尚学”理念融入思想政治教育、文化知识教育、社会实践教育各环节,加快构建学生工作内涵式发展新格局。

一、以崇尚学习为切入点,筑牢成长之基

优良的学风是激励学生奋发向上的强大动力,是提高育人质量的重要保证。滨州学院化工与安全学院以学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育为契机,大力弘扬马克思主义学风,学院领导班子、各党支部书记带领全体党员迅速开展全面系统学习,制定学习计划,狠抓学习实效,在深学细照笃行中提高理论素养、坚定理想信念、升华觉悟境界、增强能力本领,引领全体党员尤其是广大学生党员夯实坚定拥护“两个确立”、坚决做到“两个维护”的思想根基。召开党政联席会定期研究学风建设工作,学院领导班子、专业带头人深入课堂、深入公寓,与教师、学生开展谈心谈话,组建由班主任、任课教师、辅导员、学生骨干、朋辈学长“五位一体”的学风工作队伍,积极探索学风建设长效机制。各党支部依托“三会一课”、主题党日,开展交流研讨、宣讲阐释、案例教学,深刻领悟习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的真理力量和实践伟力。常态化开展党史学习教育,组织党员到滨州市高级技工学校、渤海革命老区纪念园、高家渡革命历史展览馆等红色教育基地开展主题党日活动,砥砺理想信念和初心使命。全院上下自觉将学习作为一种生活态度、一种工作责任、一种精神追求,让尚学理念在学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育中激励时代担当,汇聚青春力量。

二、以崇尚学问为着力点,引领成长之路 习近平总书记指出:“我国要实现高水平科技自立自强,归根结底要靠高水平创新人才。”学院遵循习近平总书记指示精神,弘扬理论联系实际的马克思主义学风,实施“灯塔引领成长,创新点燃梦想”激励学生科研报国系列举措。以培养学生科研精神为导向,激发学生矢志投身专业发展的内驱力,实施“开放实验室”,培养学生实际操作能力,鼓励学生积极参加“全国化工技能大赛”“互联网+”创新创业大赛等,以科研训练激发学生主动探究学问的内生动力。加强科技创新竞赛指导,建立“挑战杯”大创项目、“互联网+”等竞赛指导导师库,各党支部、教研室建立专业教师团队,指导学生积极参与各类竞赛。依托现代化工产业学院、校友会,积极搭建产学研交流合作平台,组织学生到京博集团、滨化集团等开展专业实习实践,带领学生深入了解行业发展、职场业态,帮助学生在实践中增长学问,引领学生成长之路。

三、以崇尚学识为立足点,助力成才之梦

习近平总书记指出,“广大科技工作者要把论文写在祖国的大地上,把科技成果应用在实现现代化的伟大实践中。”学院牢记总书记嘱托,依托博士生教师、党员教师占比较高的人才优势,着力构建党建引领人才培育新模式。2020年初启动了化工与安全学院科技支持行动项目,充分调动博士党员等高科技人才的积极性,促进科技成果向现实生产力转化,服务地方,服务行业,服务学生,实现科技赋能经济发展,产教学研聚势共赢的良好局面。学院定期组织“尚学讲坛”,组织博士党员教师成立“筑梦导师团”,以“博士党员的成长之路”为主题,面向全体学生开展专业主题报告,帮助学生拓展专业视野,提升专业层次,引导学生积淀专业素养,追求渊博学识。近年来,开展“尚学讲坛”25场次,参与学生达2500人次,学生投身科技创新活动的积极性明显提高。2022年以来,学生在“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛、“挑战杯”创业计划竞赛,化工设计大赛等国家级比赛中获奖12项,省级获奖51项,校级获奖95项。学生发表科研论文10余篇,授权专利20余项。

学风是大学精神的集中体现,是立德树人的本质要求,是高校的立校之本、发展之魂。滨州学院化工与安全学院将高质量推进主题教育,进一步突出党建引领,深耕“尚学”理念,擦亮“尚学”品牌,绘就学生工作内涵式新局面,努力培养更多堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人。
